An excellent place, it complies with what is mentioned in the publication, it has a beach that you can reach on foot, it is 5 minutes from a gas station and a convenience store, 15 minutes by car from the viewpoint and 20 minutes from Algodones beach, very comfortable and the air conditioning was well selected for the thermal load that could be generated in the place, hot water, clean towels and very neat in general.

Bridget is an excellent host, she was always attentive and very kind, the place is very quiet, it has a sea view where you can hear the waves, and one of the beaches is within walking distance, the location is good as it has many places to eat nearby, the house also has a kitchen and utensils for cooking.

The house's features include a full kitchen, all the utensils, an oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and full refrigerator.
The queen size bed has two large closets and plenty of drawers for storage. The bath has a large shower.
One of the favored restaurants is a large palm-covered 'palapa' with an excellent menu and entertainment often. Best, it is only a ten-minute walk from the Airbnb.
The owner, Bridget, quickly reacts to any needs and has a good knowledge of the area's attractions.

And Bridget's place made my stay even more heavenly. This beautiful stay is a step from the beach which is super clean and unpopulated. Her place is super cute, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We had access to all the essentials and always felt at home. I really loved the fact that I could walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, convenience stores, and grocery stores safely with my puppy dog. One big thing for me too was safety - and that's what I found here with Bridget. This community area is quiet, friendly, and welcoming. I never felt unsafe or worried about my surroundings.

Lastly, Bridget is an amazing host - she rescued us and brought us to her property when our phone died while trying to check-in. She really went above and beyond! Love her and can't wait to visit again!

Internet, I was able to work as needed. This was the cold time of year and the mini-split heater worked well. Cable TV had lots of english channels.

July 2022 The place was just as shown and described, and Bridget was very attentive and accommodating. I lost the key to the depths of the Sea of Cortez and Bridget brought a new one within 15 minutes. This was my first time to San Carlos and I didn't know the lay of the land. I ended up enjoying being close to the strip, and I enjoyed the quiet walks home through the neighborhood. Mirador overlook is a short (5-7 minutes?) drive, and the marina and Tortuga's are three minutes by car. The internet was reliable, the AC cooled the rooms quickly, the place was very clean, and there was room to park my Prius inside the gated driveway. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is amazing and in a great location. It is close to some local bars, the beach, shop and marina. The apartment has a nice spacious kitchen with pots and pans, lovely bathroom with shower, lots of storage for clothes and AC. Bridget was great and a wonderful help. Would recommend to anyone 😊

Bridget was very helpful with information on San Carlos, places to eat, beaches, bars, music etc etc. Plus she is only a couple miles away if anything comes up and you needed something addressed which I did not. I would Definely recommend her place and would love to come back soon.

It is one of three units in a house, this unit is located on the back side of the house right next to the laundry area and back patio.
I drove, so it was great to have parking inside the property behind a private gate.
There are two mini-split air conditioners, one in the living area and one in the bedroom which worked great.
It is within walking distance of the main street and a beach (I walked down to the beach, but did not go in the water.)
Overall the unit worked well for my needs.
